Career Units and Goal Setting Conferences

Senior Conferences: (October & November)
    Seniors will meet individually with their counselor to discuss College and
    Career options. Students will receive information for applying to Colleges and
    completing the Financial Aid application.

Junior Conferences: (January)
    Juniors will meet with their counselor to discuss graduation status, SAT, and
    College options.

Sophomore Conferences: (December 8-16)
    Sophomores will attend a powerpoint presentation to learn about graduation
    and college requirements. After the presentation, they will complete
    their 4-year plan (selecting potential classes for their last two years). Lastly, they
    will explore their interests and careers by navigating the Bridges website.

Freshmen Conferences: (November 13-18)
    Freshmen will attend a powerpoint presentation to learn about graduation and
    college requirements. Next, they will complete their 4-year plan (selecting potential
    classes for their next three years). Lastly, they will explore their interests and
    careers by navigating the www.cacareerzone.org website.
